OREGON GOLF

Led by head coach, Ria Scott, the women's golf team continues to build on the rich history of the program and the foundation set by so many alums. Most notable as of late, was in the spring of 2016, when the NCAA Championships were held in Eugene and the women's team advanced to the quarterfinal round. The Ducks had an up-and-down 2017 season, finishing in second place at the Peg Barnard Invitational and in sixth place at the Silverado Showdown. The Ducks then secured their best finish in program history, placing third at NCAA Regionals before falling in the NCAA Championships. The ladies entered 2018 on a roll, and it has shown, as the Ducks have surged since January, entering the Pac-12 Tournament with a shot at yet another post season run.

YOUR SUPPORT

Oregon golf has greatly benefited from Women In Flight support over the past several years including, most recently, $10,000 allocated for team bonding resources that allowed for a retreat and rafting trip in Sunriver, Central Oregon. The team also went on a tour of Seattle before competing in the Pac-12 Tournament.

Women In Flight funds also sponsor an annual women’s symposium focused on empowering Oregon female student-athletes, in their future careers and life after collegiate athletics. This year, the program featured the very motivating ESPN reporter, Holly Rowe.

By making a gift to Women In Flight, TODAY, you can support programming specifically for female student-athletes including foreign tours, scholarships, equipment, books for the classroom, career and leadership development opportunities and more.

Join over 700 donors who philanthropically support the success of Oregon female student-athletes through Women In Flight. We are building a community around the Women of Oregon and we need your help!

Special thanks to sport social media accounts, Eric Evans Photography & Oregon Digital for the great photos!
