OREGON VOLLEYBALL

Oregon volleyball continued to carry on the program’s tradition of excellence in 2017, starting the year by beating fifth-ranked Nebraska and then beating three more ranked teams on their way to a seventh straight NCAA Tournament Appearance. The Ducks boasted plenty of individual stars as well, as senior Taylor Agost and sophomore Ronika Stone were named to the all-Pac-12 Conference team, and junior August Raskie to the U.S. Collegiate National Team roster. Agost, Stone and Raskie also starred for the Ducks during the beach season, fighting through tough Northwest conditions to reach several milestones, including defeating Portland for the first time since 2016. The program, led by head coach, Matt Ulmer, is building on the rich history of Oregon women's volleyball and the strong foundation set by so many alums.

YOUR SUPPORT

Oregon volleyball has greatly benefited from Women In Flight support over the past several years including most recently, utilizing $10,000 allocated for team bonding resources where the team participated in an Escape Room in Gainesville, Florida.

In addition, Women In Flight funds sponsor an annual women’s symposium focused on empowering Oregon female student-athletes, in their future careers and life after collegiate athletics. This year, the program featured the very motivating ESPN reporter, Holly Rowe.

By making a gift to Women In Flight, TODAY, you can support programming specifically for female student-athletes including foreign tours, scholarships, equipment, books for the classroom, career and leadership development opportunities and more.

Join over 700 donors who philanthropically support the success of Oregon female student-athletes through Women In Flight. We are building a community around the Women of Oregon and we need your help!

Special thanks to sport social media accounts, Eric Evans Photography & Oregon Digital for the great photos!
