Thank you for supporting our DuckFunder campaign!
With just over a week to go, we need your help to realize our goal. Please consider circulating our campaign through your extended network and promoting it through social media using the hashtag, #StartupDucks
Donations will help us support cross-campus student initiatives, like the one here proposed by Product Design major, Nick Capaldini.
Nick is active member of Entrepreneurship Club who has participated in Startup Weekend Eugene/Springfield and UO's QuackHack hackathon (where his team took third place for their board game, Virus). As UO's first undergraduate University Innovation Fellow, Nick is committed to strengthening the entrepreneurial eco-system through the development of student-led initiatives.
Please help us support students like Nick so that we can foster an entrepreneurial mindset.

Supporting our DuckFunder campaign to send an interdisciplinary group of undergraduates to this year's SXSW Interactive conference will inspire these students to produce student-led innovation initiatives that will spur further cross-disciplinary collaboration across campus.
One such example was last month's QuackHack: The Gaming Hackathon, UO's first cross-campus hackathon (a 36-hour prototyping event) that attracted 118 students from 6 states and 14 universities and had representation from 16 different majors. This student-led initiative from the Lundquist Center of Entrepreneurship provided students the opportunity to ideate, collaborate with their peers, network with local industry professionals and ultimately learn how to create, delegate and manage a project from start to completion.
Imagine the impact across campus if our DuckFunder grantees could create a similar transformative impact upon their return. With your support, we can make this happen.
