In celebration of our Women In Flight believers: we will be giving away the last remaining pair of specially designed Women In Flight Title IX Jordan 1 Mids to a member of our WIF community! As we make the final push towards our goals of 2000 donors and $9 million dollars in 2022, here’s to those who have been with us since the launch of this program in 2014 and here’s to those who will become a part of this community today. Go Do Anything - A celebration of the 50th year anniversary of Title IX
Fifty years ago, women fought to make their voices heard. They spoke out against discrimination, demanded equality, and evoked change that would transform the world.
June 23, 2022 marks the 50th year anniversary of Congress passing Title IX, thereby prohibiting discrimination based on gender in athletics and education. Fifty years later, in celebration of this landmark legislation, Women In Flight is elevating our mission and leading the charge to further grow support of women’s athletics.
Through a yearlong campaign, we’re encouraging women to “Go Do Anything” – a message to inspire, empower, and support women everywhere. With a fundraising goal of $9 million dollars, we aim to grow on the foundation we have built with Women In Flight and further enhance the Oregon female student-athlete experience with scholarships, technology, facilities, and more.
